By creating an account and using the Kashy application ("Application", "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of the terms, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Kashy is a zero-based budget application that allows you to:
- Create and manage monthly budgets
- Categorize and track income and expenses
- Manage debts with the snowball method (DebtSnowball)
- Set and track savings goals
- Share access with a partner
Kashy is a personal financial organization tool. We are not a financial institution and do not provide financial advice, investments, or banking services.
3. Registration and Account
3.1 Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
- Registration information must be true and up-to-date
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password
3.2 Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for all activities performed on your account
- Notify us immediately in case of unauthorized use
- Do not share your access credentials with third parties
4. Permitted Use
You agree to use the Service only for legal purposes and in accordance with these Terms. It is prohibited to:
- Attempt to access other users' accounts
- Use the Service for illegal or fraudulent activities
- Attempt to compromise the security or infrastructure of the Service
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service
- Use automation, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service
5. Partner Functionality
- You can invite one person to share access to your budget
- The invited partner will have access to shared financial data
- You can unlink at any time
- You are responsible for ensuring your partner's consent before inviting them
6. Financial Data
- The financial data entered into Kashy is your sole responsibility
- Kashy does not verify the accuracy of entered data
- Kashy does not connect to banks or financial institutions
- All financial information is manually entered by the user
7. Service Availability
- We will strive to keep the Service available 24/7, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability
- We may perform scheduled maintenance that may cause temporary unavailability
- We are not responsible for interruptions caused by factors beyond our control
8. Intellectual Property
- Kashy and all its components (design, code, brand) are property of Kashy Technology
- You retain ownership of your personal and financial data
- You grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service
9. Disclaimer of Liability
Kashy is provided "as is". We are not responsible for:
- Financial decisions made based on application information
- Financial losses of any nature
- Calculation errors resulting from incorrect data entered by the user
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of the Service
10. Account Deletion
- You can delete your account at any time through the application
- After deletion, your data will be kept for 30 days and then permanently removed
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the application or by email. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes will be resolved in the court of the user's domicile, as provided in the Consumer Protection Code.
